Her work within the infrastructure sector includes participation in tender procedures, advice on regulatory issues and the preparation, negotiation and analysis of risks in project implementation agreements in the areas of: EPC – Engineering, Procurement and Construction – Lump Sum; Guaranteed Maximum Price; Equipment Supply Agreements; Civil Construction Agreements; agreements related to the marketing of electrical energy; supply agreements for natural gas; energy conversion contracts (ECC); operating and maintenance agreements, among others.
