Brunno Morette has more than 10 years’ experience advising national and foreign clients on their investment projects in Brazil, focusing on corporate law, M&A transactions and contracts in general, having collaborated with important Brazilian law firms with both national and international presence, and as in-house counsel for the holding of an important Brazilian industrial group. He was visiting associate at Garrigues in Madrid in April 2012 and July 2013.

Academic background
B.A. Law from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP), specializing in Company Law. Exchange student at the Universidad de Salamanca, Spain, participating in the Integrated Studies Program. He has an honors postgraduate qualification (Master of Laws – LL.M.) in Private International law, and a Certificate in Business Administration from the Instituto de Empresa – IE (Madrid, Spain). He has specialized in International Business law at the Centro de Estudios Garrigues and The Institute for Global Law and Policy at Harvard Law School (Madrid, Spain).
