Our partner Rosi Costa Barros and lawyer William Lins held a presentation today at the Commission for Regulatory Studies of the Brazilian Institute of Energy Law Studies – IBDE, of which Rosi is a co-coordinator. The main focus of the presentation was to discuss the Demand Response Pilot Project and the aspects related to ANEEL’s Regulatory Impact Analysis (AIR).
