Our associate Bruno Cunha participated the last June 7 of the Public Hearing promoted by the Department of Business Registration and Integration – DREI, to discuss the Minutes of Normative Instruction of said public authority that will present the lists of requirements to be followed by the Boards of Trade. The purpose of the Normative Instruction under discussion is to eliminate the generic requirements of the Boards of Trade, without a strict framework, which violates the impersonality, uniformity and harmony of the mercantile registration.
The hearing was attended by members of the Public Prosecutors’ Offices and representatives of the various Boards of Trade, lawyers and accountants from all over the country, who presented their contribution to the text of the Minutes of the Normative Instruction.
